Gaberke – Zgornji Razbor – Sleme – Topolšica

LOCATION
Velenje, Šoštanj, Topolšica, Razbor, Gaberke, Sleme, Velunjski graben, Velenjsko jezero, Škalsko jezero, Družmirsko jezero (the latter three are lakes)

DESCRIPTION
Take the cycle lane to the Jezero Campsite. Then follow the jogging/cycling trail past the ramp of the power plant ash disposal facility, to the left by the jogging trail (image A) over the subsided area over the coalmine and once again crossing a ramp to Gaberke. Continue on asphalt through Velunjski graben (gorge) to the Mlinar farmstead, then turn right (where gravel starts) to the so-called panoramic cycling route (image B), then past the Rdečnik agritourism farm to Zgornji Razbor, Andrejev dom (chalet) on Sleme, which is at 31,26km. Continue on the footpath marked with blazes past the Orel homestead to Žlebnik nad Belimi vodami (the homestead where poet and partisan resistance fighter K. D. Kajuh was shot dead during WWII). This is followed by a descent on a gravel road to a major crossroads where you turn right towards Vodovnik farm (marked). You continue to Topolšica and Šoštanj then on the cycling lane along the shore of Šoštanj Lake to the starting point. A total of 27.47 km of gravel surfaces.
